Customer Support Executive role

Role – Account Manager role
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working Hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours
Capacity of role- Permanent position
Salary – Paying up to £35,000 per annum

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the local area and currently seeking an account manager to join and support their customer service function.
Candidates will need to have strong communication skills, will be computer literate and have a professional business manner to manage a busy but structured customer service desk.
Main duties will include –
✅ Preparing quotes and processing customer orders accurately
✅ Handling inbound emails and phone calls, assisting customers with queries
✅ proactively build customer relationships and follow up opportunities
✅ Keeping records up to date and ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system
✅ liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process
✅ Taking initiative to resolve queries and support the team in day-to-day tasks

Candidate attributes –
✔ Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset
✔ excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Confident in handling calls and responding to emails professionally
✔ Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is a plus
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
