Our search and selection process:

Initial Process

  • We can take care of all DBS checks and record screening to your requirements. This includes full working history and checks against safeguarding of vulnerable adults databases.

Application and Interview Process

  • Every candidate who applies is interviewed by your specialist consultant at our branch.
  • ID, employment history checks and skills matching are applied.
  • Shortlist of candidates are passed to YOU with recommendations and feedback.
  • Suitable candidates are selected in line with your specified criteria.
  • Support and feedback provided to all candidates post interview by US.

Induction and Placement Support

  • Induction programme tailored by us to help support your candidates prepare for work within your business.
