Customer Service Adviser position

Role – Customer Service Adviser
Location – Diss, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm.
Rate of pay – £25,396 per annum
Capacity of role – Permanent position

Our client is a specialist within their division and currently seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their busy office team.
Candidates will need to be computer literate and will have a natural flair for customer service,

Main duties will include –
 Supporting their customer service team and ensuring that a excellent experience across all interactions
 You will be responsible for passing enquiries on to the relevant departments within the team.
 Manage and logging complaints and help direct potential sales leads to the right team.
 Interacting with customers via a multitude of methods and ensuring all documentations is stored correctly and accurately.
 Reaching out to customers for feedback and promote reviews on various channels
Candidate attributes –
 Excellent customer service skills
 Good communication skills both written and verbal
 IT Literate skills
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
