Role – Finishing and packing assistant
Location – Based close to Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours – 40 hours per week.
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Rate of pay – £25,500 per annum

Our client is a leading manufacturer and is looking for an addition to their production team. Candidates ideally will have working experience in a similar position and will need transport due to the location of the business.

Main duties will include –
 Preparation of materials, assembly, final finish and packing of their product range
 Ability to read and understand bill of materials and to have a good understanding of the job file system.
 Ability to work to tight deadlines and have good attention to details
 Use of hand and power tools
 Working to strict health and safety rules
 To help and assist with instillations and re certifications onsite
 Any other duties as and when required

Candidate attributes –
 Ability to work using own initiative and to have good attention to detail skills
 Good communication skills
 A sound knowledge of the manufacturing process and having worked with hand and power tools
 Must be a team player
 Ideally will have an in date forklift licence
