Internal Sales person role

Role – Internal Sales Person
Location – Based close to Attleborough, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Salary – Up to £40,000 per annum

Our client is a leading manufacturing business who is looking to expand their workforce with an addition to their sales team.
Candidates will be ideally be well versed within the electronics sector and will be a natural B2B/B2C account manager.

Main duties will include –
 Developing new leads, communicating with customers and ensuring a smooth sales process is delivered.
 Introducing new products or services to customers
 Identifying customer’s needs, addressing objections and making informed decisions to finalise leads.
 Monitoring competitor information and ensuring the business model is comparable in the marketplace.
 Nurturing and building on customer relationships, ensuring clean and concise information is inputted on the system and chasing call backs.
 Experience of identifying and dissect bill of materials and being able to identify parts from the detail

Candidate attributes –
 Ability to quickly absorb and articulate technical knowledge regarding electronic components and systems.
 Exceptional verbal and written skills for remote interaction (phone, email, video calls).
 Previous experience working in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the electronics or technical manufacturing sectors.
