Role – Warehouse Supervisor
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Afternoon shift
Salary – up to £38,000 per annum
Capacity of role – Permanent position

Our client is currently recruiting for a warehouse supervisor to join their busy team.
Applicants will be overseeing the picking, packing , loading and dispatch areas within the business , ensuring that high levels of accuracy, quality and health and safety are upheld and maintained. This role is the perfect position for a individual to take the next step to their career

Main duties will include –
 Lead, motivate and support the late shift warehouse team.
 Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery.
 Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and damage-free.
 Oversee the safe loading of 3.5-tonne delivery vans.
 Complete shift handovers and resolve any outstanding issues.
 Maintain high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
 Monitor team performance and delegate workloads effectively.
 Support the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Candidate attributes –
 Previous experience supervising or managing a warehouse team.
 Hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.
 Physically fit and comfortable handling large furniture items.
 Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
 Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
