Design Engineer role

Role – Mechanical design engineer
Location – Norfolk
Working hours –Monday to Friday – Full time hours
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Salary – Up to £42,000 per annum

Our client is currently recruiting for a mechanical design engineer to join their busy drawing office.
Applicants will be experienced with 2D and 3D practises.

Main duties will include –
• Produce detailed working and assembly drawings
• Design and modify products using various materials
• Work primarily with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and project requirements
• Prepare parts lists, contract documentation and supporting technical documents

Candidate Attributes
• Experience in mechanical design within a manufacturing environment
• Confident in SolidWorks
