Customer Service Adviser position
Role – Customer Service Adviser
Location – Diss, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm.
Rate of pay – £25,396 per annum
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Our client is a specialist within their division and currently seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their busy office team.
Candidates will need to be computer literate and will have a natural flair for customer service,
Main duties will include –
Supporting their customer service team and ensuring that a excellent experience across all interactions
You will be responsible for passing enquiries on to the relevant departments within the team.
Manage and logging complaints and help direct potential sales leads to the right team.
Interacting with customers via a multitude of methods and ensuring all documentations is stored correctly and accurately.
Reaching out to customers for feedback and promote reviews on various channels
