Service Engineer position

Role – Service Engineer position
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – 45 hours per week – normal working hours
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Salary – Depending on experience up to £17.80 per hour + nights out + Food allowance

Our client is a leading sub contractor who is currently looking to add to their installation team. Applicants will need to be mechanically and or electrically biased. Will be flexible to working hours as will be required to working away.

Main duties will include –
 Servicing and conducting compliance inspection of lifting equipment onsite
 Undertaking PPM mechanical maintenance of equipment and practises
 Inspection of equipment, diagnosis and fault finding of equipment
 Reporting and documenting effects of machinery and equipment
 Working as part of a team and being a well organised and highly motivated individual
 Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 Training will be given for candidates.

Candidate attributes –

 City and Guilds 18th edition
 Reactive and Preventative maintenance experience
 IPAF and PASMA – Ideally
 Working at heights.
 Full UK driving licence
 LOLER experience – desirable
