Welder and Fabricator role

Role – Multi skilled welder and fabricator role
Location – Based close to Diss, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours with overtime
Capacity of role – Temporary to Permanent position
Rate of pay – Paying up to £18.00 per hour

Our client is currently recruiting for a number of multi skilled welder and fabricators to join their busy workshop team.
Candidates will need own transport due to the location of the premises.
Main duties will include –
 Interpreting engineering drawings to determine the specifications and requirements of the assignment
 Cutting, shaping, bending and smoothing metal and other materials using hand tools , power tools and machines
 Welding components using various welding equipment – working on Mild and Stainless steel.
 Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to ensure they are of sound quality and structure.

Candidate attributes –
 Previous working experience in a similar position
 Own transport due to the location of the premises
 Good communication skills
 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
